Meet Your Instructors

Anna Hallberg

Practicum Instructor & Clinical Mentor

Anna Hallberg has over three decades of clinical experience as a licensed psychotherapist and psychologist in Sweden. Anna has been a long-time supporter of Sebern Fisher's client-focused approach to neurofeedback and has participated in Sebern's Finding the Path mentoring group for many years, beginning with neurofeedback in 2018.

Recently, Anna has further expanded her practice's focus on trauma, neglect, and attachment-related shock by adding Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) as a modality alongside neurofeedback. She supports clinicians in both modalities with training and mentoring in multiple languages as an EEGer Mentor and as a DBR-C certified consultant.

Dr. Moshe Perl

Didactic Lecture Instructor

Moshe began his career in neurofeedback in 1998 and began teaching the practice in 2001. He retired from his clinic in 2021 and has been teaching and mentoring since. Prior to neurofeedback, Moshe has worked in Juvenile Justice, Child Protection, schools, and private practice in the United States and then in Australia, where he now lives.

Dr. Perl has a BS in physics, an MS in psychology, and a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Moshe also studied Hakomi body-centered psychotherapy for work with trauma. Besides neurofeedback and psychology, Dr. Perl enjoys singing & photography and hopes to be traveling a bit more in the future (he is retired after all)!
