DBR Clinical Conversations

Join Dr. Frank Corrigan & Sebern Fisher for live mentoring, case discussion, and clinical discussion on Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)

DBR Clinical Conversations is a three-session mentoring series designed for therapists interested in deepening their understanding of DBR. These two-hour mentoring sessions provide a unique opportunity to learn directly from two of the field's most experienced voices: Dr. Frank Corrigan, the originator of Deep Brain Reorienting, and psychotherapist and author Sebern F. Fisher.

Through discussion of participant questions, clinical cases, and concepts core to Deep Brain Reorienting, Frank and Sebern invite you to refine clinical thinking and exploring the subtleties of DBR in practice. Bring your questions, cases, and reflections for a deeper focus into trauma, absence, the brain, and the clinical theory behind this transformative modality.

Course Details

There will be three two-hour sessions starting Friday, August 28th. All sessions will be from 11am to 1pm ET and available to review as recordings.

Session 1: Friday, August 28th
Session 2: Friday, September 25th
Session 3: Friday, October 23rd

These sessions are intended for therapists who have participated in and completed DBR Level 2 or higher. If you have not studied and begun using Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) in your practice, these sessions will not be an adequate introduction to the model. Due to the clinical nature of these discussions, clients or patients are not permitted to join.

While the focus of these discussions are on Deep Brain Reorienting, the discussion may include topics like trauma, absence, the neuroscience behind DBR theory, and using DBR along with modalities like neurofeedback as part of a holistic brain therapy approach.

These sessions are not eligible for Continuing Education (CE) credit hours. A portion of your attendance can be counted toward the DBR Approval process.
